This is a nice little piece about knitting - a craft that has not waned in popularity over the past few years, in spite of the prevalence of more "modern" forms of technological entertainment.

Crosby, 46, has knitted since she was 9 and learned from her mother, Constance E. Paquette, while growing up in Holyoke. She knits more or less continually and can make as many as 15 sweaters a year.

That's some pretty intense knitting, mama.
