This Prince Chas thing is getting old.

Disregarding any argument here over holistic treatment in itself, why did the issue itself come to be thrusted into the media forefront just because Prince Chucky decided to weigh in? Just because he's in line to inherit an already defunct monarchy and his country of origin is so tabloid-crazed that whenever its inbred royalty so much as fart on the subway (Yes, yes, the Tube) the media begins debating public-appropriate flatulence ad nauseum.

The Indian chap who wrote this article is essentially doing the same thing, but at least he has personal testimony and not merely anecdotal plugs. More central to the issue at hand is not even whether alternative treatments work, but how to incorporate them (if at all) into the centralized medical structures, i.e. whether or not to subsidize them by the government. For the most part, these little back-and-forth arguments are just tit-for-tats that distract us from more important issues.
