If you are thinking about making an infomercial, there are a few things you need to consider. First, look at your product and ask yourself if it is a good type for an infomercial. If your product fits in one of these categories, it is probably well suited for an infomercial.
Next, evaluate your budget and make sure you have enough money to create an effective infomercial. Usually, it is pretty obvious if an infomercial is made cheaply. You want to avoid this look at all costs because it lowers the credibility of your product.
Finally, evaluate your script for the infomercial and make sure it does not lie in any way. Although it may seem like a good idea to stretch the truth on an infomercial at the time, word will get out if the product does not work and your infomercial will be rendered ineffective.
