An important and vital aspect of every company is its marketing plan. It is essential that the company presents itself and its employees in a way that makes its first impression unforgettable. Producing a professional and memorable image in the minds of its consumers should be at the top of each and every business’ priorities. A very productive way to present this is by business cards, business letterheads, and business stationary.

A business card is a small, yet productive way to represent your business. It includes personal information, business information, and unique business presentation. This means that one tiny card can be the reason why people remember your business and have the resources to contact you.

Business stationary and business letterheads are not as mobile as the business card, but can be just as effective. They are a basic identity system for you and your business. Letterheads are the business’ contact information printed on letters that are being written on and sent out in the mail. Stationary is the same concept, but usually kept within the office. By having these, the company shows itself as more professional with its tools and respects its company name by having it printed on its resources. Also, by having this, the paper can be identified as your business’ paper alone. It is important to remember that clients or customers can easily forget a white sheet of paper; however, business letterheads and stationary allow them to create and keep your business image in their minds longer.
